Coastal Workforce Housing was founded by DeAndria, an experienced Human Resources and Operations leader with a passion for helping individuals create lasting stability through housing, employment, and accountability.
After years of working alongside adults rebuilding their lives, it became clear that one of the greatest barriers to long-term success wasn’t motivation—it was access to safe, structured housing. Coastal Workforce Housing was created to bridge that gap by providing professionally managed homes where residents can focus on employment, personal responsibility, and long-term independence.
