ABOUT COASTAL WORKFORCE HOUSING
Building the Foundation for the Next Chapter.
Coastal Workforce Housing is a Savannah-area, workforce-focused transitional housing company in development. The initial model is designed for independent adults, with six to eight residents per home and no more than two residents per bedroom.
The company is founded by DeAndria Scott-Franklin, an experienced human resources and operations leader with a background in recruiting, employee development, policy, accountability, and community partnerships.
